THE BOX

Join us, in this unique and exciting new fitness concept! The Box is all about the thrill and fun of boxing while at the same time being pushed to the max.
The class is split in half, and you spend half the time on the punching bag and half the time doing various strength exercises. You will get the cardio effect from boxing and toning your muscles with the floor exercises. The lights, music and punching bags moving from side to side will ensure an atmosphere unlike any other class!
The class is for everyone and any level, there is no physical contact, just you and the bag.
At CREW you get everything you need, so we have gloves that you can borrow, so all you need to bring is a kick-ass attitude!
